Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle through Stripe until you choose to cancel — no surprise charges, no commitments.
Refunds reviewed
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case for genuine bugs or product errors. Email billing@multilo.com with details.
Billing schedule
Paid plans are billed in U.S. dollars through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time by signing in to your Multilo account.
How to cancel
You can cancel from the Account page at any time. Open Billing, then choose Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again. Paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. If you need help canceling, email billing@multilo.com.
Refund eligibility
- In most cases, payments for Multilo subscriptions and enterprise licenses are not refundable.
- If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, sign in and choose Billing then Cancel Subscription. You will not be charged again and your paid access continues until the end of the current period.
- If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product or service, we ask that you provide a clear description and a demonstration of the issue so we can address and resolve any potential errors.
- This policy allows us to review legitimate product issues while keeping our service operating at the highest standard.
Non-refundable items
Fees are generally non-refundable for completed billing periods, used AI credits or plan usage, dissatisfaction with AI output after meaningful usage, violations of the Terms, or account suspension for misuse.
How to request a refund review
To initiate a refund review, contact our support team with:
- The email address on the account.
- The charge date and amount.
- A clear description of the bug or error you experienced.
- Any Stripe receipt, invoice, or subscription reference.
Send requests to billing@multilo.com or open a refund ticket from your account billing page. A support agent will review your case and respond by email. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to post.
Plan changes and cancellation
You can cancel, pause, or downgrade your plan from the Account page at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the current period ends. Stripe may apply prorations when paid plan changes occur mid-cycle. The Account page and Stripe receipts always show the active subscription state.
