Cookie Policy

Which cookies the Multilo website sets, what each one does, how long it lasts, and how to change your choice at any time.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise you on your next request. Some are needed for the site to work at all, such as keeping you signed in. Others are optional and are only ever set if you accept them.

This page covers the Multilo website. The Multilo desktop app is not a browser and sets no cookies; what it collects is described in our privacy policy.

Strictly necessary

These are set whatever you choose, because the site cannot do what you asked without them. They keep you signed in, protect the sign-in forms from attack, and remember your cookie choice itself.

The cookies in this table are set by the companies named, not by us. They decide how long they last, so these durations can change without notice.

Local storage

Separately from cookies, the site keeps your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage, so the page does not flash the wrong colours while loading. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Changing your choice

You can give or withdraw consent at any time. This reopens the cookie banner:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out and may stop parts of the site working.

Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a cookie, we update this page and the date above. If a change means we start using cookies for a new purpose, we ask for your consent again.

Questions

Write to support@multilo.com if anything here is unclear, or if you want to know more about a specific cookie.

No cookies without consent

Analytics and marketing tags are never loaded until you accept them. Declining is a real choice, not a delay — nothing optional is set.
