Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged for the next renewal.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Unused credits do not roll over. Your credits are refilled at the beginning of each new billing month as long as your subscription remains active.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing anytime?
Yes — switch anytime from your account settings. Yearly billing saves 17% compared to paying monthly.
Is the cost per credit the same on Pro and Pro+?
Yes. Both plans use the same credit rate. After your included monthly credits are used, you can continue with pay-as-you-go usage at 1 credit = $0.01.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Requests pause until your credits renew next month, or you can pay as you go at $0.01 per credit — nothing is ever charged automatically without your choice.
Which features are free forever, and which use credits?
Your writing editor, citation tools, PDF reading, and reference manager never use credits — on every plan, including Free. AI agents like drafting, Claim Check, and video overviews run on your monthly credit allowance.
Does Multilo ever fabricate citations, even with AI credits?
No — every citation Claim Check verifies is traced to the original source passage, regardless of which plan or model you’re using. Verification isn’t a premium feature.
