Digital delivery and access.
Multilo is delivered digitally through account access, subscription provisioning, desktop downloads, and hosted services.
Delivery method
There are no physical shipments. Customers access the service by creating or signing in to an account, downloading the desktop app from the Download page, and connecting the desktop app to the account service.
Paid subscription access
Paid plan access is provisioned after Stripe confirms successful payment. Access is usually available immediately after checkout, but some billing events can take a few minutes to sync. The active plan, status, limits, and renewal period are shown on the Account page when signed in.
Desktop downloads
Desktop installers or packages are provided for supported operating systems when builds are available. Customers are responsible for using a compatible system and keeping the app updated for security and reliability fixes.
Service availability
The service depends on hosted infrastructure and third-party providers, including payment, authentication, GitHub, and AI model providers. We work to keep access reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance, provider outages, or security events.
Delivery issues
If you paid for a plan but do not receive access, cannot download an available build, or cannot connect the desktop app, email intuto4u@gmail.com with the account email, operating system, charge date, and any error message. We will investigate and help restore access or review refund eligibility under the Refund Policy.
