Refunds, renewals, and cancellations.
This policy explains how paid Multilo subscriptions are billed, cancelled, and reviewed for refund eligibility.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account page in one click. Paid access keeps running until the period ends.
Auto-renewing
Subscriptions renew automatically each cycle through Stripe until you choose to cancel — no surprise charges, no commitments.
Refunds reviewed
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case for genuine bugs or product errors. Email billing@multilo.com with details.
Billing schedule
Paid plans are subscription services billed monthly in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
How to cancel
You can cancel from the Account page when signed in, or by emailing billing@multilo.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period unless we confirm otherwise in writing. After cancellation, paid access remains available until the current billing period ends.
Refund eligibility
- First paid subscription charges may be refunded within 14 days of purchase when the account has not used a substantial portion of the monthly AI quota.
- Duplicate charges, accidental multiple subscriptions, or billing errors are eligible for refund after review.
- If a technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may issue a prorated or full refund.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the renewal date, except where required by law or approved by support.
Non-refundable items
Fees are generally non-refundable for completed billing periods, heavy usage of plan limits, violations of the Terms, account suspension for misuse, or dissatisfaction with AI output after meaningful usage of the service.
How to request a refund
Email billing support with:
- The email address on the account.
- The charge date and amount.
- The reason for the refund request.
- Any Stripe receipt, invoice, or subscription reference.
Send requests to billing@multilo.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe and the card network may take several business days to post the refund.
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades may change limits and renewal amounts. Stripe may apply prorations when plan changes occur mid-cycle. The Account page and Stripe receipts show the active subscription state.
